The space
Our home features three bedrooms, each equipped with flat-screen TVs with cable and internet access. Every bedroom boasts a private bathroom, and there's an additional half bathroom in the living area. Take in the awe-inspiring views of Playa Bonita from the living area and balcony.
The first floor includes:
- A master bedroom with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, flat-screen TV, and a full closet.
- A guest room with two full beds, ensuite bathroom, flat-screen TV, and a full closet.
- An open-concept kitchen and living area.
- Washer/dryer facilities.
- A spacious outdoor terrace with a stunning ocean view and ample outdoor dining space.
The second floor includes:
- An Main Master bedroom with a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, a spacious private balcony offering picturesque views of the creek and mountains, adjustable air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, and a closet.
- The ocean facing living room is equipped with modern furnishing and includes a bar area, additional bathroom. There's an ocean-facing balcony with a Jacuzzi (not heated), lounging chairs, and seating area.
This penthouse boasts custom finishes and designs, making it picture-perfect for your stay.
- Electricity usage is billed separately. You will only be charged for the amount used during your stay.

Guests will have access to the following:
- The entire Penthouse
- A shared luxury pool in the community of Playa Bonita Residence
- Access to Playa Bonita Residence clubhouse
- Private beach access, beach chairs & umbrellas
- Access to Playa Bonita Restauran

We have a baby high chair and Pack & Play available upon request.
Please note that, Like the majority of rental properties in Las Terrenas, the electricity cost are a separate charge. Upon checking in, our team will take a picture of the meter (before) and verify again at check-out (after). Direct Charges: $15 Dominican Pesos per kiloWatt/hour.
Example: $30 kw/h per day (average) is $450 DOP, or About $7.95 USD
